REFUND POLICY 

A student who is unable to attend the initially "scheduled course date(s)" for which he/she has registered, may reschedule for alternative course date(s) at no charge within 60 days of day-one of the originally scheduled course.

A "scheduled course date" is defined as registration via payment.

After 60 days counting the first day of the initially scheduled course date(s), the participant must re-register and pay in full for the course of their choosing.

A student who has not been successful in completing the course objectives, which for all American Heart Association courses are clearly defined in the AHA provider book, may reschedule for alternative course date(s) at no charge within 60 days of day-one of the originally scheduled course.

If an alternative Coleman Education Opportunities course is not scheduled within 60 days of the registration date, and if the cancellation was made within 48 hours of the originally scheduled course, a refund for the actual "Course" fee minus 25% administrative fee will be mailed to the individual who submitted initial payment.
